Description
Chicken Crepes
Ingredients
- 2 med onions, chopped
- 6 ribs of celery, chopped
- 1⁄2 c butter, cubed
- 5 c cooked chicken, diced
- 3⁄4 c water
- 2 cn (10.75 oz) cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 16 oz water chestnuts, chopped fine (optional)
- 1 c sliced almonds toasted
Instructions
1. In skillet melt butter and sautee the celery and onions.
2. Add Chicken and water and heat thoughtly
3. Remove from heat, Stir in soup, sour cream, chestnuts and almonds.
4. Put 2-3 T in each crepe center and fold so seam ison the bottem.
5. We spinkled shredded cheese and toasted almond on top for decoration. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes watch cause ends burn easily.
