Description
Farmer Casserole
Ingredients
- 3 c frozen hash brown potatoes
- 3⁄4 c shredded monterey Jack cheese or shredded chedder cheese
- 1 c diced fully cooked ham or canadian style bacon
- 1⁄4 c onions
- 4 beaten eggs or 1 cup frozen egg product
- 1 c milk
- 1⁄4 t pepper
- 1⁄8 t salt
Instructions
Grease 9X13, layer beginning with potatoes, onions, ham and cheese. Mix eggs, milk, pepper and salt. Pour over the potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until center appears set. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
