Cherry and Cream Cheese Cresent Rolls
1. Beat cream cheese, sugar and egg yolk.
2. Seperate the dough into 16 triangles, place on lightly sprayed cookie sheet.
3. Spread 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture on the widest part of the triangle.
4. Top with one Tablespoon of cherry pie filling. (4 cherries)
5. Fold the long point of the triangle over and tuck under the dough.
6. Lightly beat the egg white and brush over the dough.
7. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
