Description
Sweet Meatloaf
Ingredients
- 2 lb ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄4 c chopped onion
- 1 pk Ritz crackers crushed
- 1 t salt
- 1⁄4 t pepper
- 1⁄2 c milk
- 1⁄2 c sugar
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together, bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
Take the loaf out of the oven and cover the top of the loaf with ketchup, cook 15 more minutes.
